So however you're arriving to this practice, whether you're grieving something, letting go, or simply sitting with the weight of an ending, take a moment to acknowledge that you made the courageous choice to be here. Now, taking a few deep breaths. And just noticing what's here without needing to change it or fix it. And as you breathe, feeling each inhale. And following the exhale all the way to the end. The breath itself knows something about endings. Every exhale is a small letting go, and every inhale, a reminder that something new will follow. So continuing to breathe in that way and allowing whatever is here to simply be here as it is. Whenever you're ready, slowly and gently opening the eyes....
