Try 14 days freeHi, my name's Andy. So no matter how you're feeling right now, no matter what the problem is, just take a moment, you can sit down, or if you like you can just lie down, on the floor, on your bed, wherever's comfortable. And we're just gonna begin by taking three big deep breaths, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. As you breathe in, I'd like you just to imagine that you're taking in lots of fresh air and as you breathe out, really breathing strongly through the mouth, just letting go of whatever it is that's going on right now. And I'd like you to imagine, as you lie there, I'd like you to imagine being in your favorite place, preferably outside, sun shining down, blue sky above you, and it's almost as though the sun, as it shines down on you, it just begins to warm the body. It begins to melt away any tension as it begins down at your feet, on your toes, and just slowly as the sun moves up into the sky begins to move up the body through the lower legs into the upper half of the legs, up past the waist, the stomach and the back, so the whole body now just feeling very light, very clear, that sun's still shining down. There's nothing to do, there's no one you have to talk to, just enjoying this space, this image, this feeling on your own as it travels up to the shoulders and down the arms and into the hands, and each of the fingers and thumb. That sun continues to travel up into the head and the face, it's as though every single last part of the body is just swimming in sunshine, feeling very clear, very light. And before you do anything, before you talk to anybody, just take a moment to lie down, to enjoy that feeling, that sensation, as the body and the mind begin to unwind and come to a place of rest....
