Thanks for joining me. I'm Tiffany here to guide you through this meditation. Let's start by finding a comfortable position. Allow your arms to settle by your sides or rest your hands in your lap. If you can gently close your eyes, slowly, take a deep inhale and exhale. Exhale again. Breathe in and out. One more time, in and out. Take a minute to quietly sit with yourself and settle into stillness. Focus on your breath. Enjoy this simple act of being present. Caring for others takes a lot of time and energy. Our wants and needs often get lost in the shuffle, making our wellbeing less of a focus. This opens the door to so much emotional and physical stress that caregivers face serious health issues. You deserve to be nurtured. Finding time to care for yourself may not be easy, but with mindfulness, there are small ways to support and pace yourself to keep going, no matter where you are or what's going on around you. Let's explore this now. Roll out your shoulders, relax your jaw. Give yourself full permission to ease into your body. Bring your awareness to the top of your head. Imagine a warm, soothing energy hovering just above you. Take another deep breath in, inviting it into your mind. Exhale and feel it slowly Start to move through your body like honey. Feel the muscles in your face. Soften your neck as it continues on this path. Enjoy the quiet, the calm. As you ease more and more into a relaxed state, this is your time to unwind, to connect with yourself, your body, your spirit. Bring your attention to your heart. Slowly move the energy there to meet you. Let it stay growing warmer with each breath you take. Caring for others will always present challenges and things out of our control. You're doing the best you can. The energy you bring to each day has power, and you have the ability to make it positive and joyful. Take another deep breath in and out. Slowly open your eyes. Your heart space with all this warmth and quiet is always with you, with all of our responsibilities. It's easy to forget about, but you can connect to it with your focus and enjoy the moment to relax and reset whenever you need to. Now, before you go, repeat after me out loud or in your head. I have calming energy within me. One more time. I have calming energy within me. You got this....
