This is a simple practice, a simple practice for hope. When you think of the word hope, what comes to mind? Can you see yourself in times when you were more hopeful? Can you recall to mind's eye the last time you felt hopeful? And if not, can you conjure up the feeling of what more hope may look like? And then bring this to your mind's eye sitting with this vision of a more hopeful time or what that may look like sitting with what it feels like in your body and your mind and your spirit. Now using your breath to breathe in more hope on your inhales and release anything holding you back from obtaining it on your exhales, breathing in hope and releasing anything else that holds you back from it. Taking note of what it feels like to make space for hopefulness, how it resonates in your being. And as you come back into your body, into your space and as you open your eyes know that you can come back to this feeling at any moment. Thank you for sharing this practice with me....
