So finding a comfortable seated position, feeling the weight of the body connecting to the surface beneath you, and just taking a moment to arrive here. Noticing your breath as it is right now. No need to change anything just yet. Just observing its natural rhythm. So your breath is your body's most immediate fuel source. Every breath you take oxygenates your cells, creates energy, and keeps everything moving. And when you wanna shift your energy, your breath is one of the most direct tools you have to do that. In this practice, we're gonna use a specific breathing technique to activate and energize the body. It's simple, yet powerful. You'll take a first inhale through the nose, filling the lungs about halfway, then a second sharp sniff to top them off completely. Afterwards, you'll take a long, slow exhale out through the mouth to release, followed by a second exhale to fully empty the lungs. Let's try it together now. First inhale in through the nose, (instructor inhales deeply) filling halfway, and then second sniff, (instructor inhales deeply) topping up the lungs completely. Long exhale out through the mouth, releasing. (instructor exhales deeply) Second exhale, emptying fully. (instructor exhales deeply) Good. Let's continue. First inhale. (instructor inhales deeply) Second inhale. (instructor inhales deeply) Long exhale. (instructor exhales deeply) Second exhale. (instructor exhales deeply) And just noticing what that creates in the body, maybe a sense of alertness or aliveness. Just gently observing without judgment. And if it feels more supportive just to take deep breaths instead, please do so. Let's continue on. First inhale. (instructor inhales deeply) Second inhale. (instructor inhales deeply) Long exhale. (instructor exhales deeply) Second exhale. (instructor exhales deeply) First inhale. (instructor inhales deeply) Second inhale. (instructor inhales deeply) Long exhale. (instructor exhales deeply) Second exhale. (instructor exhales deeply) Each double inhale fully inflating the lungs. In each double exhale, completely clearing them, Your cells and body receiving exactly what they need. And again, first inhale. (instructor inhales deeply) Second inhale. (instructor inhales deeply) Long exhale. (instructor exhales deeply) Second exhale. (instructor exhales deeply) First inhale. (instructor inhales deeply) Second inhale. (instructor inhales deeply) Long exhale. (instructor exhales deeply) Second exhale. (instructor exhales deeply) And just returning the breath back to its natural rhythm. Noticing how the body feels now. Compare it to when you first began. Maybe a little more awake, a little more present, a little more alive. This is your breath, doing what it has always been designed to do, fueling you, giving you energy. One last time together. First inhale. (instructor inhales deeply) Second inhale. (instructor inhales deeply) Long exhale. (instructor exhales deeply) Second exhale. (instructor exhales deeply) First inhale. (instructor inhales deeply) Second inhale. (instructor inhales deeply) Long exhale. (instructor exhales deeply) Second exhale. (instructor exhales deeply) Returning the breath back to its natural rhythm and pace, and again, feeling that sense of aliveness that remains in the body. Noticing any warmth, any tingling, any sense of energy moving through you,...
