(subtle groovy music) Something just happened. Words were said, maybe too many, or maybe not the right ones, and now you're here, still buzzing with it, trying to find your way back to solid ground. You don't have to solve anything right now. There's nothing to fix just yet. For now, let's take a moment to come back home to ourselves. So, feeling your feet on the floor, and noticing the rising and falling of your breath. (subtle groovy music) And just following the music, allowing it to guide your breathing. Breathing in and out, in, and out, in, and out. Whatever needs to be worked through, you'll work through it, but from a calmer, more grounded place. So, breathing in, and out. One breath at a time, you're finding your way back. Take care. (subtle groovy music)...
