(gentle music) Welcome to the end of your day. So sometimes as soon as our head hits the pillow, it can be so hard to rest and relax. So in our session today, I have the handpan, as well as the rain stick, and they'll be helping us to transport into a state of rest and relaxation. So when you're ready, settle in, and let's get started. (gentle music) Let's take a few moments here to release any tension or tightness the body may be carrying. So whenever you're ready, closing the eyes, settling into a position that feels relaxing and supportive. It's best to experience this practice lying down if you can. And we'll begin with a few deep breaths. In through the nose and out through the mouth. On the exhale, letting go an audible sigh or sound. So breathing in and breathing out. (exhales) Now returning the breath back to its natural rhythm. And if it feels good, stretching the arms out to the side or overhead, reaching long through the fingertips. And then also stretching the legs to the sides. And again, reaching long through the feet and the toes. Now maybe rolling the neck from side to side, and just gently moving and stretching the body in any way that feels good for you. Something I like to do is just gently squeeze a body part, and gently release any tension or tightness it might be holding onto. Areas like the shoulders, the hands, or the feet are great places to start, or even the whole body, just gently squeezing and releasing. Now slowly returning to stillness, feeling that shift from doing to being. So I'll begin playing the rain stick and the handpan, and all you have to do is just breathe, listen, and rest. If your mind drifts off to sleep, that's okay. Just allowing it to, in its own time. (gentle music slowly rises) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music continues) (gentle music slowly fades)...
