Greetings, and welcome to this positive affirmation practice for parenting. As a parent, we naturally want the best for our children, and it's so easy to live in the space of, am I doing this right? Not being a hundred percent sure all of the time can easily lead to chronic worry. These affirmations are designed to reframe your thoughts and beliefs. To help you stay poised and confident during the ups and downs of your parenthood journey. So let's begin by adopting a comfortable posture of awareness. Taking a gentle, deep breath in through the nose, and out through the mouth. And with that exhalation, returning the breath to its natural rhythm. Closing the eyes if it's comfortable for you, and allowing your attention to fully drop into this moment. And let's now begin by repeating the following to yourself. I'm so grateful that I have ultimate faith in the unknown. I'm so grateful that I have ultimate faith in the unknown. I'm so grateful that I have ultimate faith in the unknown. And gently bringing the attention back to the breath just for a moment. And now continuing, repeating the following to yourself.
