  • The Headspace app is available in 190+ countries and in five languages: English, Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese. Headspace Core for Small Business is available for purchase in USD, GBP, and EUR.

  • At this time, we don’t offer the option to pay for Headspace Core for Small Businesses via invoice. If you’re interested in Clinical Services or EAP, you can request a demo to speak to someone on our sales team.

  • No — the Headspace for Small Businesses plan does not auto-renew. You will need to renew your plan annually. We will contact you via email before your renewal date to continue providing your employees with Headspace.

  • Once your purchase is completed and processed, you’ll receive a welcome email within 48 business hours. We’ll provide everything you need to roll out the program—setup instructions, important links, and promotional materials to help spread the word internally.

  • We’ll provide you with a unique enrollment link that you can share with your team. When your team creates a Headspace account, they’ll be asked for their name and work email address.

  • If someone no longer needs their seat, you can remove them directly in the admin portal—freeing it up for someone else on your team to use.

  • Using your wellness grant to purchase Headspace is a great and easy way to support your team's mental health. Many companies apply their wellness grants toward Headspace memberships as part of their broader well-being strategy.
