- Is there an opportunity to pay by invoice if we do not want to pay via credit card in self checkout?
At this time, we don’t offer the option to pay for Headspace Core for Small Businesses via invoice. If you’re interested in Clinical Services or EAP, you can request a demo to speak to someone on our sales team.
- Does the Headspace Core for Small Businesses plan auto-renew?
No — the Headspace for Small Businesses plan does not auto-renew. You will need to renew your plan annually. We will contact you via email before your renewal date to continue providing your employees with Headspace.
- Once I purchase, when can I start rolling out the benefit?
Once your purchase is completed and processed, you’ll receive a welcome email within 48 business hours. We’ll provide everything you need to roll out the program—setup instructions, important links, and promotional materials to help spread the word internally.
- What information would you need from my team to get them enrolled?
We’ll provide you with a unique enrollment link that you can share with your team. When your team creates a Headspace account, they’ll be asked for their name and work email address.
- Can I reassign Headspace seats if my team changes?
If someone no longer needs their seat, you can remove them directly in the admin portal—freeing it up for someone else on your team to use.
- Can I use a wellness grant to pay for Headspace Core?
Using your wellness grant to purchase Headspace is a great and easy way to support your team's mental health. Many companies apply their wellness grants toward Headspace memberships as part of their broader well-being strategy.
