With hundreds of guided exercises for meditation, sleep, focus, and movement, Headspace will help you start and end your days feeling like your best self. Headspace is free for all US-based Disney employees and Cast Members. Plus, employees can invite up to five loved ones to join at no cost.

To sign up for your free Headspace membership, scroll down to find the option that best describes you and follow the prompts. You may also contact the US Disney Benefits Center by visiting their website (Benefits.Disney.com) or calling their phone line (Phone: 1-800-354-3970).

I’m a Disney employee or Cast Member

Follow the prompts below to access your free Headspace membership through Disney’s Headspace program. Please do not download the Headspace app on your mobile device and attempt to create an account there. This will create a consumer membership and prompt you to input billing information.

Before downloading the Headspace app on your mobile device, all US-based Disney employees/Cast Members must visit Disney’s unique Headspace enrollment link and follow the prompts to sign up for your free membership: https://work.headspace.com/disney/member-enroll.
If you’ve never had a Headspace account before, you will click, “No, create a new account.”

a. In Step 1, you may use any personal email (e.g. gmail, yahoo) and password to set up an account.

b. In Step 2, enter your 8-digit PERNR ID to verify your eligibility.

c. In Step 3, download the Headspace app on your mobile device and login using the same email and password entered during Step 1. If after logging in, you see any “locked” content, please contact Headspace’s Member Support team at teamsupport@headspace.com.
If you already have a personal Headspace account, you will click, “Yes, I have an existing account” to link the existing account to Disney’s program and ensure the cost of your membership is covered by Disney.

a. In Step 1, use your existing Headspace account credentials to login.

b. In Step 2, enter your 8-digit PERNR ID to verify your eligibility.

c. In Step 3, navigate to the Headspace app on your mobile device, log out, and log back in using the same email and password entered during Step 1. You should see all of your usage history, favorites, and profile settings maintained.

d. To cancel auto-renewals of your personal membership, visit Headspace’s Help Center.

I’m a spouse/partner or family member of a Disney employee (ages 13+)

If you are a spouse/partner or other family member (e.g. child, relative, or loved one, ages 13+), the Disney employee/Cast Member must invite you to join Headspace after they’ve already enrolled in their own Headspace account.

Once the Disney employee is enrolled, they must visit this landing page: https://www.headspace.com/family/manage.
On this page, the Disney employee/Cast Member will enter the email addresses for up to five (5) loved ones (ages 13+) and click “Save.” This will send an email invitation to each family member with a unique link to join
The family member must navigate to this email invitation in their inbox and click “Accept Invite.” This will take them to a landing page to either login to an existing Headspace account or to sign up for a new account.

a. If they have an existing Headspace account, they will enter their existing login credentials and sign in as usual. Upon logging in, they’ll be prompted to join the Family Plan by clicking “Accept Invite” once more. They should see their usage history, favorites, and profile settings maintained.

b. If they need to create a new account, they’ll click “Sign up for free” underneath the “Log in” header and be taken to a landing page to create their new Headspace account. They can use any email (e.g. google, yahoo) and password to set up an account. Immediately upon logging in for the first time, they’ll be prompted to join the Family Plan by clicking “Accept Invite” once more. Lastly, they’ll be prompted to download the Headspace app to their mobile device. Once they’ve downloaded the app, they will login using the same email and password they used to create their account.
