OCD and noting

OCD and noting

Hi

I am a young man who suffers from OCD, and meditating helps me alot.

I have, however, one problem. When applying noting to intrusive thoughts or feelings, the noting quickly turns into a compulsive loop. The noting keeps repeating itself over and over again.

Do you have a suggestion on how to deal with this problem?
