Dear Andy,

First, thank you and your team for creating Headspace. I really enjoy it!
I am a student, having problems on actually starting with all my study-work I have to do. I really enjoy my studies, but every time I need to sit down and study for my exams or writing an essay - I don't have the motivation to actually start learning. I sit down on the desk but than I get even distracted before starting to work. It is so hard for me to overcome this first step of actually starting with my study-work.
Is there anything I can do through meditation to easier overcoming that first obstracle?
If I'm in the learning process, everything goes fine but the point of 'actually starting' is so hard to overcome.

I thank you in advance for the advices you might have.
