Which pack focuses on breath and breathing?

As an idea, meditation is incredibly simple, but in practice it can be rather more challenging. Obstacles are common and it’s important that we feel comfortable and confident with that, knowing that others are experiencing just the same thing. So, if you have a question or a reflection about the exercise itself or any element of practice, this is the place to go.

Hi fellow Headspacers!

I've completed the foundation, and am really into the whole watching my breath thing. I'm able to focus on it for a few minutes at a time, which really clears my mind of useless thoughts, allows my brain to relax, and reduces headaches. Amazing right?

So, I chose the Sleep pack as my first pack and am quite disappointed that we hardly focus on breath. It focuses on sunlight filling up the body, which requires me to "think more" and my mind wanders readily.

I really would like more breath focused meditation, I'd like to deepen that practice for now. Any recommendations on which pack to do next?
