Losing "Momentum"

As an idea, meditation is incredibly simple, but in practice it can be rather more challenging. Obstacles are common and it’s important that we feel comfortable and confident with that, knowing that others are experiencing just the same thing. So, if you have a question or a reflection about the exercise itself or any element of practice, this is the place to go.

Hi Headspace community! First time posting here. I've been doing Headspace for 20 minutes a day for the past four months. I started to feel the benefits right away. A sense of calm, more focused, all that good stuff.

But lately, I've felt like the daily meditation process has become less effective. I find myself more distracted, and get frustrated with myself for "not doing it right." I'm trying to regain the feeling I had early on, when everything seemed to be moving in a good direction.

Any suggestions?
