Should I start over with Foundation Pack?

As an idea, meditation is incredibly simple, but in practice it can be rather more challenging. Obstacles are common and it’s important that we feel comfortable and confident with that, knowing that others are experiencing just the same thing. So, if you have a question or a reflection about the exercise itself or any element of practice, this is the place to go.

Should I start over with Foundation Pack?

I had worked up to completing the Anxiety Pack and then the Stress Pack. I've got 98 sessions under my belt. Then our family went away on vacation and we were really busy and I didn't meditate at all while we were away. So now I've gone 7 days without any meditation and I feel guilty about it. Should I start over with doing the Foundation Pack again to reinforce the basics? Or should I start up where I left off before going on vacation by moving onto the next pack like 'Sleeping' or something else?
