As an idea, meditation is incredibly simple, but in practice it can be rather more challenging. Obstacles are common and it’s important that we feel comfortable and confident with that, knowing that others are experiencing just the same thing. Hi
I just got started on the sleep series. During the mediation alot if time is spent on scanning down the body to become aware of how it's feeling. I feel I must be doing it wrong or not getting the jist of it because I'm done way before the time is up and become bored or frustrated or start over thinking. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
