Anxiety pack - thinking vs feeling

As an idea, meditation is incredibly simple, but in practice it can be rather more challenging. Obstacles are common and it’s important that we feel comfortable and confident with that, knowing that others are experiencing just the same thing. So, if you have a question or a reflection about the exercise itself or any element of practice, this is the place to go.

Anxiety pack - thinking vs feeling

In the first part of the anxiety pack we are told to label distractions as "thinking" or "feeling". I believe I have a good sense of how to apply the thinking label.

However, I am unsure if the feeling label is meant to be applied around a feeling (ie. feeling sad, feeling happy, feeling jealous), or a distraction caused by "feeling" something in the sense of a physical distraction like hearing a noise, or feeling a pain somewhere in the body.

Any more specific information around how to apply the labels would be much appreciated.
