Just wondering if there's an ideal time for meditation? I'm a working mum who can manage 15 minutes at the end of each day (that's if exhaustion doesn't overcome me first with a demanding job, a toddler who doesn't sleep well and preparation for an imminent exam).
I think that i'd possibly benefit more if done earlier in the day. Wondered what other's thoughts are on this?
