Advice on foundation 3

As an idea, meditation is incredibly simple, but in practice it can be rather more challenging. Obstacles are common and it’s important that we feel comfortable and confident with that, knowing that others are experiencing just the same thing. So, if you have a question or a reflection about the exercise itself or any element of practice, this is the place to go.

hi all
I just started this - did the first session.

Having found the first 2 levels really great, I found this a bit strange - compulsory 20 minutes, long silences...? Are they all like this? Seems more like I would be better doing them before bed rather than as a "mind reboot" in the middle of the day?

How did others find it - does it change much throughout the level?
