Visualisation in the Smart series?

As an idea, meditation is incredibly simple, but in practice it can be rather more challenging. Obstacles are common and it’s important that we feel comfortable and confident with that, knowing that others are experiencing just the same thing. Visualisation in the Smart series?

Hi. I'm 8 sessions in to the Smart series. Really enjoying it. However, I'm confused on one aspect - following the bodyscan, intention, and then the focus on breath, should I then be attempting the 'light expanding from the chest outward' visualisation which was a big element of the previous Happiness series? I wasn't sure if this technique should be continued in the Smart series?
