Hello everyone,

So glad you've come to peruse the Andy's Answers section. This is chock full of questions from other Headspacers and answers from Andy.

We recognise that training the mind can sometimes be challenging and we do our best here at Headspace to provide all the necessary tools, support and guidance to make your meditation and mindfulness practice both enjoyable and beneficial in equal measure.

If you have a question that you feel would be best to ask him directly, send over an email. As he receives a high volume of emails though, Andy is unfortunately unable to respond to them all.

We pick a handful of questions every week, and if your question is one of them, we will get back to you personally with an answer from Andy.

If you do receive a reply, please also let us know if you'd be happy for us to post your anonymised answer on the 'Andy's Answer's' section of the Community.

As unfortunately we can't reply to all questions please note that if you do ever experience any extreme psychological or physical reactions to your Headspace, we suggest you pause your practice and seek professional medical help.

We are unfortunately unable to provide any detailed or medical guidance regarding questions, however do feel free to check out the following resources which may offer some further resources regarding mind health. Please note that these organisations are broad as we are unable to provide any tailored resources and may not be completely relevant in every case, however just provide a general avenue for further information. Lastly, when we first opened this forum, we noticed some Headspacers posting in this section asking questions to Andy. While we do want this, this is not the place to ask Andy. To do this though, just send an email to

So, for now what we have done is remove the possibility to post in this section as well as moved some posts to a more appropriate space for these conversations.

We hope this helps and please don't hesitate to contact us if there is anything else we can help with.

Thanks for your patience.
