Picking up after missing a few sessions

Question:

When you miss a few days, should you go back to the beginning of that sequence or just continue from where you left off??

Andy's Answer:

As a rule of thumb, if you miss a few days then it's fine to pick up where you left off. If you miss more than a week, then I suggest going pack to the start of whatever pack you are on.

If you miss more than a month, then I would suggest going back to earlier more foundation based packs to get back in the rhythm, before continuing with the journey.
