To do list v Anxiety

I'm surprised at myself that I have managed to achieve 5 months of daily meditation practice. The only breaks being when my computer has let me down.

It's seeing my through a period of major change and turmoil. Half-way through the anxiety pack I noticed that I seem to be using meditation time to go through a huge To Do list. I can't work out if this is a good thing, I note the thought and label it good/bad/indifferent depending on if it's something I'm looking forward to doing or not. It's good when I can apply it to prioritise my workload. It's bad when I feel I'm focussing too much on what I've got to do, when I want to use the time to chill out and relax! I'm also confused because that time could be used to get some of the jobs crossed off the To Do list.

I'd love to hear about other people's experience of this.
