Turns out, walking the right way can really improve your day.
Quick: think of a person you love that you have absolutely no qualms with, who has never upset you. Now, think of a person you feel completely neutral about—you don’t like them, you don’t dislike them. And finally, think of a person you really can’t stand… and imagine them happy.
