Radio Headspace has been in snowy New York this week, seeking out the people who are making this world a healthier, happier place.

Some of those people have inadvertently become the inspiration for millions around the world, like Maria Popova, founder of—a digital library of interestingness.

I also met with Levi Felix, who started the digital detox movement. His summer camp for adults, Camp Grounded, now draws thousands of people from around the world every year.

And then there’s people like Miki Agrawal, who are actively trying to make the world a better place, both at home and in other countries where they can really make a difference.

I’ll be bringing you all of these conversations in full over the coming weeks, so make sure you subscribe to RHS on iTunes so you don’t miss any episodes. We’ll kick off next week in Brooklyn, with Maria Popova.
