This month on Radio Headspace we’re going to be talking about our fears – fear of the unknown, fear of starting something new and fear of what other people think of us.
We start this week by talking about our fear of loneliness, particularly around this time of year. Loneliness appears as the one of the things we’re most scared of, according to our online search history, but there are people trying to do something about that. On this episode, I’m joined by Sean Seepersad, CEO and President of the Web of Loneliness Institute.
