This week, we’re focusing on learning and memory.
It struck me that I was having a number of conversations with friends about how we were increasingly struggling to remember things. So how would this affect our learning? And is there really an issue with memory loss coming earlier and earlier in life? I was joined by Dr David Cox, our Chief Medical Officer, and Dr. Marcos Economides, our new cognitive neuroscientist, to find out if our memories are getting worse, if we can improve them, and how meditation can help.
