Despite any misconceptions we might have about old age, an increasing body of science shows that things seem to improve later in life. Our emotional relationships are better, we live more in the present moment, we’re more positive and we worry less. Dr. Claudia wrote about this on the blog earlier this year, and so I wanted to investigate further.
On this episode of Radio Headspace, Dr. Claudia is in the studio to tell us a little more about the scientific research surrounding this idea, and I do some research of my own, talking to some over 70s to see if the realities match up with the stats (if you’ve listened to the podcast before, you may recognize one of the voices…).
