On this week’s episode, we’re talking Headspace science with Dr David Cox in London, who as a fully qualified medical doctor used to run a busy Central London Emergency Department.
He now oversees all the science and research work that Headspace is involved in, from leading worldwide research into the benefits of mindfulness, to helping the scientific community develop a greater understanding of this 2,500 year old practice.
He discusses a recently published paper on the relationship between mindfulness and compassion through using Headspace.
