All too often we lose touch with those people in our lives who have been there the longest, and it becomes harder and harder to reconnect with them.
As a bit of an experiment we took Radio Headspace to the streets of Venice, California, to try and find out why we’re so bad at picking up the phone. I also spoke to Andy about why we lose touch, and what a difference it makes when we take five minutes to tell someone we miss them.
Now it’s your turn to tune in, reflect, and reconnect.
Listen below and let us know how you get on at radio@headspace.com.
