Turns out, walking the right way can really improve your day.
There are so many things competing for our attention these days that sometimes it’s difficult to be entirely present in our relationships.
On this week’s podcast I wanted to look at how we can be present for at least one night, whether we’re on a first date, enjoying dinner with someone we’ve spent years with, or out by ourself.
I also look at how technology and the online world have both helped and hindered these relationships, whether that’s finding special someone or keeping a relationship happy and healthy.
As always, we’ve brought in the experts. Laurie Davis joins us from New York – she’s the founder of eFlirt, author of Love at First Click and a multi-award winning dating expert. You can find her online @eflirtexpert.
I’ll also be talking to our resident neuroscientist, the wonderful and wise Dr. Claudia Aguirre, about what’s going on in our brains with so much choice in the online dating world, how our self-esteem affects our dating opportunities, and how much appearance really matters.
