What would life feel like with a little less stress, greater focus, and more restful sleep? It would feel a lot like life with the Headspace app -- free for Disney employees, Cast Members, and those dearest to them.
To sign up for your free Headspace membership, scroll down and select the option that best describes you and follow the prompts. Disney employees and Cast Members are required to use their Disney PERNR ID to verify their eligibility. Spouses, partners and family members must be invited by an employee or Cast Member using the “Invite a family member” prompt below. Please note that full time, US-based employees/Cast Members and spouses/partners who are enrolled in a Disney medical plan are eligible for the Disney Wellness Rewards program, which allows you to earn a $300 reward by completing 5 Headspace sessions. I'm an employee or Cast Member
- If you are an employee or Cast Member who has a Disney medical plan, you are eligible for the Disney Wellness Rewards program. You must register for Headspace by clicking “I’m an employee or Cast Member” above. Once registered for Headspace, there are no further steps required to participate in the program.
- If you are an employee or Cast Member who does not have a Disney medical plan, you must also register by clicking “I’m an employee or Cast Member” above.
- Fill in the requested information to sign up. If you already have a personal Headspace account, you may link it to Disney’s Headspace program and the cost will be covered by Disney.
- Verify your program eligibility by entering your Disney PERNR ID.
- Each employee and Cast Member has up to 5 invitations to send to your loved ones. The individuals must be over 18 years of age and they do not need to be a medical plan dependent.
- You must first register for your own Headspace membership before you can invite your loved ones.
- If you have a spouse/partner who has a Disney medical plan, they are also eligible for the Disney Wellness Rewards program. For them to access Headspace and participate in the program, you must send them an invitation to join by clicking “Invite a family member” above.
- If you have a spouse, partner or family member who does not have a Disney medical plan, you must also send them an invitation to join by clicking “Invite a family member” above.
